Netherlands opened its 5th store in Amsterdam. LPQ Stadshart Amstelveen is located in a 4-star shopping mall in Amstelveen, a small high income neighborhood at the edge of Amsterdam. With over 200 luxury shops, the complex attracts customers from within town and surrounding towns. Guests also ock to the mall to visit the large market located right in front of Le Pain Quotidien. Every Tuesday and Friday, the market hosts vendors from hardware to fresh produce. The Tuesday market is special to LPQ, as it offers only organic products. Situated on a round corner of the mall, LPQ Stadshart Amstelveen is perfectly designed with a stunning all glass faade. Floor to ceiling windows allow an abundance of natural light in, while giving mall strollers a full view of the interior. As you enter the shop, you are immediately greeted by our bakery counter and retail pantry. At the front of the shop, there is soft seating for guests to unwind, followed by a cozy nook, featuring tin tables and a wooden bench that curves with the shape of the glass exterior. The shop can accommodate 86 guests inside, plus 110 on its two terraces. The front glass windows double as sliding doors that can be fully opened. In the center of the shop sits the largest communal table in the Netherlands. High ceilings expose metal pipes, which give the shop an industrial, airy feel. Our signature wooden furniture and traditional dcor ensure the restaurant remains rich and cozy, true to our LPQ atmosphere.
