Almost 30000 surplus workers were employed in
Indian Public Sector organizations in 2011. (FICCI,
2012)
Indian manufacturing sector is still facing the 30%
shortage of skilled manpower. (FICCI, 2012)
Average time of vacancy at the higher ranks in
Indian Public sector is still more than 6 months.
