Sir,
We would like to inform your good office about our on-going installation of louvered doors for utility rooms (AHU, Tel. Room, Water Metering, BOH, Garbage and Watertank Room). As per original plan, the schedule of this door is 1.80m wide by 2.40m height and was provided at site during our masonry works which is substantially completed but the approved actual doors from the supplier (LEC STEEL) becomes wider (2.473m wide by 2.444m height). From these changes, we are required to do chipping works on both sides and provide new stiffener columns & beams which are affected in the preparation of door opening. Please see the attached picture for reference.
