Arroz con Pollo.

ingredients
-1 1/2 cup of rice.
-4 Chicken pieces .
-1 / 4 cup oil .
Unit -1 medium onion, chopped into cubes .
-2 Cloves of minced garlic.
-1 / 8 cup yellow pepper smoothie .
-3 / 4 cup cilantro ( liquefy with little water).
-1 Medium pepper ( 1/2 chopped into cubes 1/2 in long strips for garnish ) .
- cup fresh green arverjitas .
-1 / 4 cup corn kernels .
Iodized and pepper - salt .

preparation

A chicken pieces you blaming salt and pepper. In a saucepan , place the oil and fry the
chicken pieces when the serves, in the same pot brown the onion, garlic , pepper and
cilantro to the simmering liquid .

Then place the chicken on top , add water and continue cooking until chicken is done .
Remove dams to another container and carefully place a lid to keep it cool.

The above preparation include rice, green peas , peeled , corn and chopped pepper.
Season with salt , add water and continue cooking for 20 minutes until the rice is
grained and green peas and corn are cooked.

Serve the rice with the chicken piping hot and garnish with pepper strips .
