incorporation and/or bylaws of the club. Since the court ruling, the club has led
other documents attempting to expand its jurisdiction.

Driftwood Key Club in 2008, claiming
they were not part of the club. Linda
Smith was declared to be outside the
club's jurisdiction, but the others
would need to pay dues.
