2a Feasibility Assessment
The GANTT chart was revised and a couple of new tasks were added, therefore the CPM has
to be revised as well. The two tasks that are added are T21 = Test User Guide and
T23 = Acceptance Test. Since we have used all of the letters in the alphabet, we had to
name tasks T26, T27, T28, T29, and T30 with V2, V3, V4, and P1 respectively.
We have changed start of project, "S" with "SOP" and end of project, "E" with "EOP".
