Bahan-bahan/bumbu-bumbu :

200 gram daging has, diiris tipis melawan serat


2 sendok makan kecap manis
1 sendok teh saus tiram
1 buah bawang bombay, diiris tipis
4 siung bawah putih, diiris tipis
3/4 sendok teh garam
1/2 sendok teh merica hitam tumbuk kasar
150 ml air
1 sendok makan minyak untuk menumis
bahan pelengkap:
1 resep bahan salad
600 gram nasi putih
200 gram saus botol

Cara Pengolahan :
1. Rendam daging dalam kecap manis dan saus tiram. Diamkan 30 menit dalam lemari es.
2. Panaskan minyak. Tumis bawang bombay dan bawang putih sampai harum.
3. Masukkan daging. Aduk sampai berubah warna.
4. Tambahkan garam dan merica hitam. Aduk rata. Tuang air. Aduk rata. Masak sampai matang.

1 recipe salad ingredients
600 grams of white rice
200 grams of the sauce bottle

Processing way:
1. Marinate meat in soy sauce and oyster sauce. Let stand 30 minutes in the refrigerator.
2. Heat the oil. Saute onion and garlic until fragrant.
3. Insert meat. Stir until the color changes.
4. Add salt and black pepper. Stir well. Pour water. Stir well. Cook until done.
