    A black male robbed the Shell Service Station on November 13, 2009 around 8:30 am. He assaulted the 37-year-old female clerk, causing minor injuries, took cash from the register, and fled towards the back of the building. The Montgomery Police Department is asking for the public's help identifying the suspect, described as a black male around 5'8" and 180 lbs, wearing a brown leather jacket, white v-neck shirt, blue jeans, and white baseball hat. Anyone with information should contact the police.

    Montgomery Police Department

    For Immediate Release


    November 13, 2009

    On Friday, November 13, 2009, at approximately 8:30 a.m. the


    Shell Service Station, 1061 Eastern Boulevard, was robbed by an
    unknown black male subject. This subject entered the business,
    assaulted the 37 yoa female clerk (minor injuries/not transported),
    took assorted U. S. currency and fled the scene towards the rear of
    the business. The Montgomery Police Department is asking the
    assistance of the public in identifying this subject. Attached is a
    picture of the subject who is described as a black male, medium
    complexion, approximately 5’8” in height, 180 lbs, with a small
    beard and mustache. He was last seen wearing a brown leather
    jacket, white v-neck shirt, blue jean pants, and a white baseball hat.
    Anyone with information regarding this subject is asked to contact
    the Montgomery Police Department at 241-2651 or our Secret
    Witness Line at 262-4000.
