Montgomery Police Department

For Immediate Release


November 13, 2009

On Friday, November 13, 2009, at approximately 8:30 a.m. the


Shell Service Station, 1061 Eastern Boulevard, was robbed by an
unknown black male subject. This subject entered the business,
assaulted the 37 yoa female clerk (minor injuries/not transported),
took assorted U. S. currency and fled the scene towards the rear of
the business. The Montgomery Police Department is asking the
assistance of the public in identifying this subject. Attached is a
picture of the subject who is described as a black male, medium
complexion, approximately 5’8” in height, 180 lbs, with a small
beard and mustache. He was last seen wearing a brown leather
jacket, white v-neck shirt, blue jean pants, and a white baseball hat.
Anyone with information regarding this subject is asked to contact
