TALENTED ACTOR DIES IN AN
EXPLOSION

Hollywood, Los Angeles - Daniel
Wroughton Craig, the famous 45-year-old
English actor known for playing the role of
James Bond, died on August 21, 2013 at
Hollywood Hills. Craig was killed inside a
burning house while filming Bond 24, a
movie that was to be released in 2015. It is
said that a volatile explosive installed in a
chamber accidentally blew up. In the tragic
accident, Mr. Craig along with the main Bond
girl, Penlope Cruz (39) of Spain passed
away. Jessica Chastain (36) of California and
actor Idris Elba (40) of England survived the
catastrophe.

Were all shocked that this happened.
It is extremely unfortunate that Craig could
not manage to escape the chamber quickly
enough, said Sam Mendes, the director of
Bond 24.

The Hollywood Community Hospital
says that after the incident, Craig was found
in a huge pile of rubble, and was immediately
transferred to the emergency room. However,
it was already too late.

The actor was born on March 2, 1968,
in Chester, Cheshire, England. He grew up
near Liverpool and moved to London when
he was 16 years old to join the National Youth
Theatre. Craigs parents, Andrew and
Monique Delacroix Bond, passed away in a
climbing accident when he was 11 years old.
Despite of this serious emotional scar, he was
determined enough to move on and sought for
structure in his life.

Even though there is something that
gets you down, you must move on with life,
he said in an interview with BBC News after
filming the movie Skyfall.

Craig graduated from the Guildhall
School of Music and Drama in London and
began his career as an actor in 1992. He has
been filming various movies including The
Golden Compass in 2007 and Skyfall in 2012.
Other than acting, he also enjoyed climbing,
diving, and swimming. Craigs religious
affiliation was unknown.

Mr. Craig conducted his year of sea
service and served as an intelligence officer
on the HMS Exeter. He was a senior officer in
the Ministry of Defense. He also supported
charities such as RNLI (Royal National
Lifeboat Institution) and WOF (Worldwide
Orphans Foundation).

Craig is survived by his beloved wife,
Rachel Weisz, whom he married on June 22,
2011, Ella Craig, his 18-year-old daughter,
and Henry Craig, his 5-year-old son. They are
currently living in Primrose Hill in London.
He also left behind his older sister, Lea Craig,
of Liverpool, England.

Funeral services were held on August
24, 2013 from 6 PM, at Rolling Green
Memorial Park, West Chester, England.
Pallbearers included Harry Craig and Phillip
Blond. The honorary pallbearers were: Javier
Bardem, Sam Mendes, Marc Forster, and
Steven Allan Spielberg. Craig now rests in
peace with his parents in Cheshire, England.
