On Tuesday, May 27, 2014, at 2:20 p.m., the school resource officer was alerted that a 9-year-
old student brought an unloaded airsoft pistol to school.

Shortly before 2:20 p.m., the 9-year-old was seen by other students showing the airsoft gun to a
friend. The students alerted a teacher who immediately took possession of the gun from the 9-
year-old.

This case will be forwarded to Davidson County Juvenile Services for further review.
