Dear Curator,

I would like to apply for an internship in your museum this year. Specifically I
would like to intern in the paleontology department .

I am aware that internships are competitive, but on your website it states

that few people are interested in this department, and I have always found it
fascinating. In collage I plan to be a Biology Major, and I already have a little
background in anatomy.

I would also like to inquire if it would be possible to have a personal interview

before the program starts, to introduce myself to you and the staff. Thank you for
