To Ms. Borgonia:

303 Productions strives to provide the public with films based off of literary masterpieces.
Although these classic works may not pique the interest of the common man, we seek to create
exciting films that will draw their attention. Not only do our drama- and action-packed films
attract younger audiences, but they also gain the attention of those who have an inclination
toward prominent literary pieces. In the past, we have taken classics such as Beowulf and applied
our modern interpretations to their traditional stories. Beowulf has received universal acclaim and
has been deemed as "one of the greatest 21st century modern interpretations of classic British
literature" by Rotten Potatoes. Since we have so much experience in producing incredible
modern interpretations, we have chosen to recreate another literary classic: John Milton's
Paradise Lost.

Our choice of Milton's epic was influenced by the striking allegories in the original text itself.
Milton wrote the piece to criticize King Charles I's tyrannical reign. Milton's strong anti-
monarchism makes itself known when he illustrates allegories between the Father figure and
Charles I. Our interpretation of Paradise Lost is based on gangsters residing in a Bronx
neighborhood. The Father figure's parallel is the powerful and demanding Godfather, with the
rest of the characters revolving around his mob, the Benegettas, and his rival mob, the Cadutos.
In Milton's epic poem, Adam and Eve work to tend the Garden of Eden; our interpretation of this
is that they sell cocaine for the mob on Garden Road and Eden Street. Their sin in the epic is
betraying the Father figure by eating from the forbidden Tree of Knowledge; in our film, their
wrongdoing is betraying the Godfather by selling PCP, the narcotic marketed by the Cadutos and
the competition to the Benegettas cocaine. We chose to adapt the epic into a mob film because
of the parallels that can be made between the monarchy of a nation and the monarchy of an
Italian mob. The vision for our film will be an interesting take on a classic that will enable our
target audience to gain a deeper insight into Milton's literary masterpiece.

We are confident that the concept of our film will strike the attention of the average as well as
the more elevated moviegoer because of its captivating and noteworthy storyline, abundance of
symbolism, ideal locations, experienced crew, and exceptional cast. The incorporation of themes
such as loyalty, disobedience, brotherhood, risk, and supremacy in addition to elements of
conflict, drama, humor, action, and suspense coordinate together to produce a multilayered plot
that will satisfy fans of nearly every genre.

To Mr. Williams:
Here at 303 Productions we strive to provide the public with films based off of literary
masterpieces. For instance, our recent film, Beowulf, has received international recognition. We
are currently filming for our next project, Breached, which is an adaptation of John Miltons
classic epic Paradise Lost. Our film is based on an Italian mob family in a Bronx neighborhood.
It is riveting to take on this classic and we aim to attract both the audience of popular culture as
well as an audience captivated by Miltons original literary masterpiece.
Our company is looking for someone who has proven capable of creating a variety of different
musical scores based on the production. We admire your ingenious work such as in Saving
Private Ryan, and eagerly invite you to compose an original score for our film. We know that
with your talent and prestige, we can produce a sensational and touching motion picture. We
wish to begin the composition during the fall of 2014 and hope you can join us. If you will
accept this invitation, please contact me through my direct number (562) 392-0808 ext. 14 or
through my email breachedthemovie@yahoo.com.
Thank you Mr. Williams. We look forward to doing business with you.
