Re: Invitation for ASEAN Career Fair with Japan

We are pleased to inform you that you have been accepted to participate in the ASEAN Career Fair
with Japan in Singapore, and would like to invite you.

The Fair will take place as the below conditions;

Time 11:00am* 5:00pm Saturday 7 JUNE 2014
*Registration starts at 10:30am.

Preparation
1. Please make sure to have a valid PASSPORT and VISA (to enter Singapore) according to your
countrys rules and regulations.

2. Make sure to bring your student ID and print more than 30 CVs attaching your photograph and
self-promotion materials for you to hand them to the companies.

3. Please reserve your FLIGHT and ACCOMMODATION. We will not do this for you.

1 We strongly recommend that you take Low Cost Career(LCC) to save the cost.
2 Some companies may plan for interviews on the day, after the Fair, or the day after. You
might consider staying in Singapore until Monday, if your schedule and budget allows it.
3 We recommend that you have travel insurance in case of medical needs.

4. Make an entry at the reception of Singapore EXPO from 10:30 to 12:00 with this invitation letter
printed, your student ID and passport.

5. Stop by at all the booths of the participating companies and communicate with them.

6. Complimentary light meal in the buffet style will be served to everyone.





7. Visit the reception again after 5:00pm and you can receive SUBSIDY in cash as the following list.
If you dont know which case you are applicable to, then contact us in advance.

8. We do not compensate for any loss on the prior, the day and the post of the Fair.
