Re: Indonesia Deforestation Project
To whom it may concern:
I am a 10
th
grade student at the school of Science, Connections & Technology at Kearny High School. We
are a U.S. News & World Report Silver Medalist school located in Kearny Mesa. I am participating in an
award winning project called My Green Life. My green life is an interdisciplinary project in which I explore
the connections between environmental change and personal choices.
I write this letter to request further information on deforestation in Indonesia. I would very much appreciate
any information you could provide me for my project. Any information is useful, but one thing I could not
get enough information was about the exact effect of deforestation on plants. I understand that biologists
believe that some diseases can be cured within the biology of rare plants however I cant seem to find
anything about out about these rare plants. Like I said, any information is useful.
I acknowledge that you are a very busy global organization that must spend it's time wisely to better the
