Introduction

The Wave: Teen Lounge is a place teens aged 13- 18 can
hang out and forget about reality for a few. It is located
next to numerable high schools. The Wave is three stories
full of fun and relaxation. Teen Vogue magazine, Hollister
and Mtv sponsors The Wave. Notice these are things the
interest teens the most. We, owners are hoping to carry this
business to the max

Perfect Location

The Wave: Teen Lounge is around the corner of
LaGuardia High School. The business will be open from
3p.m right after school closes. That way teens who cut
school wont be able to get in. The Wave will close at
11p.m on weekdays except Friday. On Friday and Saturday
the Wave will be open until 12 pm. Sadly, we are close on
Sundays. The city is also filled with tourist who may be
teens. They are also welcome to come. NYC is the perfect
place because there are so many opportunities that

Structure of Lounge
Our lounge has three floors. On the first floor there are basic needs for a
business, like registration office, administration office, kitchen and
bathroom. The customers can order their food at the bar and from their
tables, as well as use any of the bathrooms available at the time. On the
second floor we have the gaming area, with various arcade games. Each
game runs on regular money, so there is no need to go through the hassle
of exchange their money for gaming coins. Then we have some spiral
stairs leading up to the lounge which is full of comfy couches, blankets,
and pillows for comfort. There is a waitress or waiter at any time in the
lounge.
Budget

Having a business can run you down very easily, but if you have
a budget, you can manage you expenses easily. For our business, we
must spend money on many things, such as food and drinks. We know
how much food we will need, and do not buy in bulk, because that is just
more money for food we will most likely not use. We never spend more
than $500 dollars a month on food and beverages. As for employees, we
have a set amount of money they must be paid, and we will only venture
beyond that point if completely necessary. Although our employees are
amazing, we sadly cannot afford to pay them any extra, but they get
small bonuses during holiday seasons. We also save money for utilities
and extra expenses, and our insurance is always a fixed amount. Other
than that, all expenses are completely necessary, and the managers/
owners spilt the rest of the profit equally.

Company Goals

The business will be the next big thing. We the owners, hope it will
succeed as much as it can. In the future we can open more of The
Wave: Teen Lounge across the country. There arent that many teen
lounges out there and we are hoping that this one blossoms into a
beautiful and successful company. As of now, the owners, Vashtie
Andrea and Krystal are very proud of how The Wave: Teen Lounge
is turning out.
