that she will not permit or suffer any manufactory or steam engine to
be erected on the said property or any noisome nauseous or offensive
trade or business whatsoever to be exercised or carried on in or upon
the said property or any part or parts thereof or allow anything to be
done thereon which may be or become an annoyance or injury to the
Vendor its successors or assigns or to its or to their other tenants or
to the owners or occupiers of any adjoining or contiguous premises or
allow the same to be occupied or used otherwise than for residential
purposes to the intent that such covenant shall enure for the benefit
