To Whom It May Concern:

I had have had the distinct pleasure of having Brad Beckwith as a student nurse in the
Advanced Medical-Surgical clinical rotation during the months of April and May, 2008.
Brad worked very hard throughout those two months in order to achieve the most out of
his clinical rotation. He demonstrated competency in all aspects of documentation,
completing head to toe assessments, administering medications safely, completing total
care of patients’ and assisting staff on 6th floor at Scripps Mercy Hospital as needed. In
the two months that I taught him, he maintained a positive attitude and maintained a clear
sense of purpose in becoming a RN.

Since his classmates, my fellow faculty, and I will always hold him in the highest esteem,
I sincerely recommend Brad Beckwith as the ideal candidate for a new graduate
hire/externship at your facility.
