    ACKNOWLEDGEMENT

    To Mandy's Conveyancing

    I, Thomas James Cleary of hereby
    agree to transfer my one third share in the property 17 Hakea Avenue, Yamba, New
    South Wales, title reference 183/255219 to Rachel Jane Cleary and Nathan Paul
    White for the sum of $17,500.00 and a full discharge of the Commonwealth Bank
    Mortgage No. AF259917.

    This agreement is intended to settle and discharge all financial matters regarding the
    property at 17 Hakea Avenue, Yamba, New South Wales and has been made with
    each party absolutely free to accept or reject the terms of this agreement without
    coercion or fear.

    I, Thomas James Cleary understand, and consent to the terms of this agreement
    and believe them to be fair, just, reasonable and not unconscionable. As a result I
    have elected not to obtain independent legal advice from a legal practitioner.
