COUCH

TO 5K

WEEK 5
Important week this week as we step up to some longer running
intervals. If you cant come to the session really try to do these on your
own. EVERYONE WILL BE FINE. Dont be scared, by the end of this
week youll be able to celebrate a massive achievement.
Im sticking to the nhs couch to 5k podcast for this week so you can
download it and use it for timing/motivation if youre running on your
own. REMEMBER TO RUN AT THE SPEED OF CHAT.

Session 1 Weds 9 am- I think well go down to the cycle path if
everyone agrees- meet at my house.
5 mins walk, 5 mins run, 3 mins walk, 5 mins run, 3mins walk, 5 mins
run

Session 2 Fri 2.30pm- meet my house, finish at school.
5 mins walk, 8 mins run, 5 mins walk, 8 mins run

Session 3 Sunday (Ill have to confirm time as Im a single parent
this weekend)
5 mins walk, 20 mins run- oh yeah, baby!!
