Summary of Meeting with Alan Girving: 22

In Attendance: Stephanie Darke, Nicola Woods, Hannah Menzies & Alan Girving.

Addressed:

1: Budget for speaker.
Alan informed us that there is a budget specifically for outside guest speakers (amount censored)
and that we would have access to this.
2: Marketing.
Alan referred us to the marketing department at The Hub with regards to advertising. WBN banners
are available from previous years.
3: Guest Speaker
Alan advised on some ideas for speakers we could contact, these have been taken on board and
Nicola will contact potential speakers this week.
We have agreed that Alan will be contacted with any developments and discussions of a speakers
fee/marketing will involve Alan.
