A Week in a
Peek

Hello Families! This week we finished up MAPS testing
for reading and math. Students did an excellent job on
those assessments! We also finished up with Unit 5 in
reading, which means that we will test on the unit
starting on Monday, May 12
th
. In addition to the
reading test next week, we will start our unit writing.
Students will begin writing an informative writing on
something that has changed their life. I look forward to
reading your childs writing!

Wisconsin Dells Trip!! Eligible safety patrol members
will going to Wisconsin Dells next Friday, May 16
th
. If
your child plans on swimming, be sure they remember
to bring a towel along. It is important that ALL
students bring at least a sweater because it could get
pretty chilly during the Tommy Bartlett show at night!!

Ipads! I will begin collecting student Ipads the week of
May 19
th
because we are nearing the end of the school
year. Your child will no longer be able to bring them
home after the 19
th
, but they will still be able to use them
in school. Students will also need to turn in their Ipad
chargers.
