conversations with a good level of comprehension. He sometimes
mishears words which can lead to him having some slight problems,
but upon repeating, he generally understands better. He has
improved his fluency and confidence in speaking English, and has
diligently noted a wide range of vocabulary terms throughout the
course.
Instructions for completing the form
This form should be submitted to the DOS after every End of Unit Test
