    In consideration of my participation in the Trek for Tassels 5K Run, I, ______________________________,
    hereby release the organizers of this race and its agents from any claims, demands, and causes of
    injury as a result of my voluntary participation.
    Age groups: 0-19, 20-29, 30-39, 40-49, 50-59, 60 and over

    Start time is 9 a.m. The course is a trail run of mixed flat and rolling hills

    The registration fee is $10 before June 22nd, and $15 on June 22nd. All proceeds for the 5K race will go
    towards a scholarship to be given to a graduating Santa Fe High School Senior who plans on pursuing
    a career in the Healthcare Field.
