Dear Sir,

My institution name is RADHA KRISHNA SIKARIA EDUCATIONAL
INSTITUTION, MOTIHARI, Bihar and Institution file No is ERCAPP943.

In ERC meeting that is 144th Meeting dated 29

to 31
st
Oct 2012, NCTE
under clause ER-144.6.2 after scrutinising all our submitted documents, asked
us to submit M.Sc Marksheet certificate of Shri Rajesh Kumar Pandey, who is
appointed as Lecturer, Mathematics in our college.

In this respect I will like to say that all Documents of all the lecturers
appointed by us have been submitted already by us including all documents
of Shri Rajesh Kumar Pandey, Lecturer, Mathematics was also submitted
including his M.Sc Marksheet certificate copy.

But since it has been asked by NCTE, I am attaching his M.Sc
marksheet Certificate Notarised Copy with this letter and sending it via Email,
Fax and also by Post. I am sending this by email so that, early this document
can be considered by NCTE and Formal Recognition can be issued under sec
7(11) of NCTE Regulation.

I humbly request you to kindly consider my email and to grant me formal
recognition as soon as possible.
