    WhenyoupurchaseoneofoursamplelibrariesyouareNOTobtainingOWNERSHIPofthe
    soundsinthelibrary.YouareinfactpurchasingaLICENCEtousethesoundswithinyour
    musicalcompositions,whetherornotyourcompositionsarereleasedcommercially.Theoriginal
    producerofthesoundswillalwaysremaintheOWNERofthesounds.
    OncepurchasedyourlicenseisNONTRANSFERABLEwhichmeansthatthelicenseis
    authorizedonlytotheoriginalpurchaser.YouarenotpermittedinANYwaytosharethe
    purchasedsamplelibrarywithothers.WeworkcloselywiththeBPIandotherInternational
    organizationstomonitorillegalinternetfilesharing.Ifyouareengagedintheillegalfilesharingof
    ourproductsweWILLgainsufficientevidencetoprosecuteyouinlinewithcurrentcopywrite
    laws.
    2.HowcanIuseWaveAlchemySamples?
    Onceyouhavepurchasedoneofoursoundlibrariesyouhaveasingleuserlicensewhich
    permitsyoutousesamplesfromthatlibraryinyourownmusicalcompositions.Youmayrelease
    suchcompositionscommerciallywithoutpaymentofanyfurtherroyaltiesorfeesforsuchusage.
    Youcannotusethesoundsfromoursamplelibrariesinisolationforacommercialreleaseor
    project.ForexampleyouarenotauthorizedtocreateanothersampleCDorsoundlibrarywith
    anyofthesoundsfromourproducts.Doingsowillinfringecopyrightlawandyouwillbeliablefor
    prosecutionunderthecopywritedesignandpatentsact1988.Youarepermittedtousethe
    soundsinlibraryorproductionmusicaslongasyoufollowtheguidelinesaboveandusesounds
    inmusicalcompositionsratherthaninisolation.
