Our Business Model is Click and Mortar business.

Click and Mortar is a business type that combined traditional business type which has
physical store or retail point and pure player type which is an online based model
which allow customer to placed their order and pay online then await for their order to
be delivered either physically through postage or virtually through email or link.

Because by utilizing the Internet, It allowed one company to maintain relationship
easily with their customer, besides that it also increase opportunities through of the
feedback left by customer to the company.

We prefer Walk-in interview as with Walk-in interview allowed us to guess their
personalities by their action, face emotion, body language

How will customers buy from you and how much will they pay.
We are aiming for not only local market but also International business.
We will also use Paypal as our payment method for oversea customer because it is
Safe and fast, besides that this payment method is trusted by people all over the world
therefore it is the best payment method.
The Price and time depend on the quantity they ordered from us and location.

Procedure of SSM
1. Go to SSM Branch
2. Get a number and get Form A respectively or download form Online

3. Submit form and make payment Rm 60 for the registration of sole
proprietorship or partnership with respective name or Rm 30 as per identity
card.
4. Additional Rm 10 is charged for print-out of the business registration
5. Yearly renewal is Rm 60 or Rm 30 respectively
6. Then wait for them to call your name or your new business name, confirm that
all detail is correct.

Procedure of Opening a Current Account
To open a current account required a
Photocopies of owner IC
Companys stamp
Companys license certificate
Minimum Deposit depend on bank usually about Rm 1000 Rm 2000
Form A and B from SSM
o Form B can be acquired by opening Internet Explorer , go to SSM-
einfo and create an account then search for our business name or
registration number.
o And finally find our business and click Add to Cart beside Business
Profile
o Lastly choose payment option and pay it then generate Form B PDF
file.
The Procedure to Hired An Employee
1. A written contract of employment must be given to every employee where the
employment period exceeds 1 month.
2. The contract also need to include terms and conditions of employment not less
favorable then the minimum requirements provided in the Employment Act
1955 and notice period required to terminate it
3. A contract of service can be either oral or writing and shall containing
o Name of employer and employee
o The date when the employment began
o The place of work or an indication of that and of the address of the
employer
o The title of the job which the employee is employed to do or a brief
description of the work for which a person is employed
o The commencement salary and where applicable other allowances and
bonus
4. While Terms and Conditions contained
o Probation period
o Hours of Work
o Entitlement to holidays, including public holidays
o Overtime pay and leave in lieu
o incapacity for work due to sickness or injury, including any provision
for sick pay and medical bills
o EPF and SOCSO schemes
o the length of notice which the employee is obliged to give and entitled
to receive to terminate the contract of service or a clause on the manner
in which the contract of service may be terminated.
o In any circumstances, a wage period shall not exceed 1 month. Where
the wage period is not specified in the contract of service, the wage
period shall be deemed to be 1 month.
5. the notice shall be as follows if not stated
o 4 weeks notice if has been employed for less than 2 years
o 6 weeks notice if has been employed for 2 years or more but less than
5 years
o 8 weeks notice if has been employed for 5 years or more

The Procedure to Register An Employee With The EPF
1. We as an employer shall register the company or firm with the EPF by
submitting the KWSP 1 Form
a. .
2. After that for each employee, the employee and the employer is required to
complete the KWSP 3 (AHL) Form.
3. Besides that, an employee will also be required to submit the Nomination
Form KWSP 4 (AHL) which is attached together with the KWSP 3 (AHL)
Form.
4. Once the application is approved, the employee will be sent a Membership
Card.
5. As a employer We must contribute 12% of the employee's wages and the
employee contributes 11% of the monthly wages towards the employee's
account.



How we create a custom T-Shirt ?

1. Buy Plain T-shirt and Transfer paper from Wholesaler Thailand and China
2. Received the images that customer want
3. Use color Ink-jet printer to print out the images on transfer paper, the image
must be mirrored using computer software to get the exact picture shown on
T-Shirt .
4. Next , adjust pressure regulator nut to decrease or increase the pressure.
5. Adjust timer and set appropriate time.
6. Put plain T-shirt on the Hot Press Machine, and put the heat transfer paper on
T-shirt with printing side facing toward the T-shirt, on the platform
7. Carry on printing when temperature reaches the setting temperature by
pressing the handle of the pressure
8. Release the pressure after the alarm sounded, after release of the pressure the
alarm stop and the printing is done after you torn the paper and see the image
on the T-shirt.
9. And Repeat the steps again for the next T-shirt.
10. For the whole Process

How do we sell?
For Walk-in
1. Bring along the design you desired and visit our physical shop or bring along
the soft copy of what design tools generated
2. Name the quantity according to size desired
3. Make payment in full or half
4. Wait for your order to processed
For Online
1. Visit our website and use the design tool to proceed ordering or just get a
glimpse what it looked like.
2. You preview what its look like using the design tool in our website after put
your image and text chosen on your T-Shirt.
3. Then you can proceed by entering your desired quantity according to sizes, the
price will be calculated automatically after you select your shipping address.
4. After payment through Paypal for Oversea Order has been made , your order
will be processed . Time taken depend on the quantity ordered and shipping
address.
For Affiliate
1. Visit our website and use the Affiliate and submit your design to it and start
selling.
2. You will received commission for every your design is sold.
3. Your balance will be shown in your profile.
4. You can withdraw your money via Paypal or Telegraphic Transfer depending
on your choices.
How We Export
1. For small amount we will export using Pos Malaysia using International Small
Packet (Air) Postage as t-shirt dont really weight much . For large amount
bulk-purchasing we will use Fedex due to their reliability and price.
2. According to our customs , all goods exported are charged at 0% GST which
mean exporter does not collect GST on his exports but we are able to claim
GST incurred in his acquisitions as our input tax
3. Besides that an exporter can zero rate his supply of goods at the time when the
goods are exported. Goods are considered to be exported when;
o they have been cleared by the proper officer of customs at the last
customs station on their route out of Malaysia;
o they have been loaded on to a vessel or an aircraft which is about to
depart from a port or place in Malaysia; or
o they have been cleared by the proper officer of customs at an inland
clearance depot or station on their route out of Malaysia through a
customs port or airport
4. Export Document that required to be keep for 7 years
o Export declaration (K2)
o Sales invoices8
o Bill of lading
o Shipping note
o Insurance note
o Payment document, such as documentary credit, debit advice, bank
statement, etc.
o Debit and Credit note
o Tally sheet from Port Authority
o Short ship/short landed certificate
o Other documents related to export.
In Summary we need
We need to register our company name first through SSM and open a current account
for cheque then we need to purchase our raw material which is plain T-shirt
Why we do this?
Because unique product is more preferable than product that can be seen anywhere.
Just like MMU, we have our own MMU T-shirt which only MMU student have
which help other to identified.

Company T-Shirt , it show that you represent what Company . For University , It is
shown as you are from that University. For Family , It bind the relationship of family
as well . For Students , they can create a clothes which represent their class or as a
memorandum for the year they are studying .
