Dear Zalak, Welcome to WebOffice India. We are pleased to offer you employment as
position of Sr. Web & Graphics Designer with WebOffice India. We are eager to have you as part of our
team. Your appointment as Sr. Web & Graphics Designer will commence on 1
st
July, 2013. As Sr. Web &
Graphics Designer you will be entitled to a monthly starting remuneration of 22,000 INR, as we discussed.
You will be on probation period of three months from date of joining.

Your continued employment with WebOffice India is dependent on your successful completion of probation
period. You will be entitled to all allowances and benefits whatsoever decided by management of
WebOffice India.

You shall receive your payment before 7
th
of every month. Leave and other company policy will be
mentioned in company rulebook, kindly get it from HR dept. at the time of joining. Your signing of the
letter confirms your acceptance of the terms & conditions and that will be joining WebOffice India on given
date.

Increment Policy:
Regular increment will be remaining same as IT company increment policy (6 months). Performance
increment will be decided on the performance of each quarter (3 months).
