the materia"s as 4er the Cua"ity and the manufacturing com4anies
as said in the Anne@ure B. T'E (A)T* +, T'E ,-)ST (A)T
.AuthoriHed 4ersons sha"" ins4ects and chec the Cua"ity of the
materia" at any time in the construction 4remises and found
anything im4ro4er or incom4etent they sha"" discharge the materia"
and it is the $ound and duty of T'E (A)T* +, T'E SEC+N:
(A)T .
I. T'E (A)T* +, T'E SEC+N: (A)T sha"" start the construction
acti!ity on"y after >i"" get Ad!ance 4ayment com4"etion of 10 days
from the date of signing of this agreement and the said $ui"ding
sha"" $e com4"eted in a"" as4ects >ith %9..months and ..10%days
from the date of commencement of the a$o!e said 7o$. Time is
the essence of the contract.
3. -, T'E (A)T* +, T'E SEC+N: (A)T is 4re!ent $y any strie
among the >ormen or $y reason of any e!en $eyond his contro"&
T'E (A)T* +, T'E SEC+N: (A)T may e@tend the time for the
com4"etion of the >ors for such reasona$"e 4eriod as he may
thin fit.

18. Any damage arising from accidents& care"essness or any other
