ENEVA starts negotiations with Aneel to adapt Parnaba IIs obligations

Rio de Janeiro, June 6, 2014 A ENEVA S.A. (ENEVA or Company) (BM&FBovespa: ENEV3, GDR I:
ENEVY), continuing the Notice to the Market dated May 21, 2014 , informs its shareholders and the market
in general that has begun negotiations with Aneel Brazils National Electric Energy Agency, in order to
adapt the requirements of power supply by Parnaba II CCGT ("Parnaba II" or "Plant"), considering financial
aspects that will allow the project viability and the maintenance of the PPAs Power Purchase Agreements.

The assumptions presented by ENEVA aim to balance the cost to the consumer of the commercial
operation delay of Parnaba II and the benefit of preserving a project with attractive generation cost.

The Company will continue to evaluate all alternatives that preserve the continuity of the project, including
the possibility to request termination of Parnaba IIs PPAs, bearing penalties provided for in the contract,
and beginning the process of energy allocation of the Plant as soon as authorized by Aneel.

In either alternative, in the second half of 2014, ENEVA will conclude the Plant, a gas-fired power plant with
a generation capacity of 518MW running in combined cycle.

The Company will keep its shareholders and the market informed on the developments related to this
matter.
