CONTRACT OF SALE

KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:

This CONTRACT SALE is made, executed and entered into by:

Patricio Allas, of legal age, married to Lewy Allas, Filipino, and with
residence and postal address at Aurora Hill, Baguio City, hereinafter referred to
as the SELLER

-AND-

Natividad Allas, of legal age, married to Teodoro Allas Sr., American and
with residence and postal address at Melbourne Florida, hereinafter referred to
as the BUYER.

WITNESSETH;

WHEREAS, the SELLER is the owner of a mini Duchshund (puppy).

WHEREAS, the BUYER has offered to buy and the SELLER has agreed to
sell the above mentioned puppy for the amount of Five Hundred Pesos
(P500.00) Philippine Currency;

NOW THEREFORE, for and in consideration of the sum of Five Hundred
Pesos (P500.00) Philippine Currency, hand paid by the vendee to the vendor,
the SELLER DO HEREBY SELL, TRANSFER, and CONVEY by way of Sale unto
the said BUYER, free from all liens and encumbrances of whatever nature as of
the date of this sale, and shall delivery the same to Rueben Azuelo at his postal
address at Calasaio, Pangasinan.
