in the operating rooms
Performed flow mapping of current surgical procedures and turnover
processes
Developed simulation models utilizing FlexSim HC software
Input statistical data into FlexSim software to run reliable simulations

Created graphic representations of the date for presentation to key
stakeholders to recommend change and inform decision-making
