Re : M.V. Hanjin Jungil (Hong Kong Registry) - Joining Crew
at Hong Kong Letter of Guarantee

We write to confirm that two Indian crew (As per attached crew list) will arrive
Hong Kong per 9W76 from Mumbai/India at 09:40 hours on May 8, 2014. They
have been arranged as seagoing rating to join our principals vessel M.V.
Hanjin Jungil in Hong Kong.

We hereby request your good office to grant them entry into Hong Kong. We
confirm that our principals will indemnify The Government of the Hong Kong
Special Administrative Region for any expenses that they may be incurred
during their transit / stay in Hong Kong and also their repatriation costs to their
own country of domicile in case they fail to join the assigned vessel.

Informatively, vessel is under Hong Kong registry and ETA Hong Kong May 8,
2014 morning and will be departed on May 8, 2014 night.
