Although I have never met M.M. Azimatun Nur, we have been communicating for several times. I
feel able to comment on his written English and also on his scientific ability. His emails are very
clear, as are his published paper, and so I anticipate no language problems during his PhD.

M.M. Azimatun Nur resume is good. He is just completing his BEng and MEng degree in
Chemical Engineering and is simultaneously employed as a research assistant at his University.
During his Master studies, he has authored over 5 journal papers, 5 proceedings, one and
handbook. These papers are in the international journals and hence this achievement is
absolutely good. All of these papers are full length papers, involving cultivation of microalgae in
wastewater to produce biofuel feedstock and show that M.M. Azimatun Nur has telented in
research and analytical skills.

The proposed PhD project for M.M. Azimatun Nur would involved on ____________________.
The work would be supervised by myself, who has experience in
_________________________________. Given M.M. Azimatun Nur exceptional ability, I expect
that significant progress would be made.
