Analysis of the plan
The plan is well organized as it provides a detailed list of materials needed to construct
the blog/website and the ingredients and utensils needed to create the meals and where to find
them. In general, the steps for each day are clearly depicted with the date, the location of the
steps, every material needed for that day, detailed instructions that are easily followed, the
amount of time each part needs, and the safety precautions that are to be taken. For the days that
will be worked on in class, the amount of time that is assigned to each step all adds up to 85
minutes, is the amount of time each class is. Every minute is accounted for to ensure that the
product is completed efficiently in a short amount of time and uses the entire span of the class
time to do so. There is even time taken from each class to work on the process journal to ensure
its authenticity and that each entry is filled with changes that are made throughout the process.
As the plan displays that the product will be finished by the 9
th
of June, there is enough time to
create a proper and detailed Evaluation. To further aid the evaluation, the day in which the food
items will be brought to school and tested to complete one of the Design Specifications, the taste
of the product, is also mentioned. However, the plan contains a lot of work for the first three
days where it is easy to get off track and then cause the entire plan to be pushed back a few days.
Also, the times for each step may vary when it comes to writing the information on the website
as some may take longer than originally planned, which would again affect the amount of work
done each day. Overall, the plan is well developed and will allow the final product be successful
and completed in an efficient manner.

The slideshow is a collection of ten low-carbon recipes. It is a reliable
source as the website is also a magazine and is well known for its
delicious and diverse recipes. Also, each meal is linked to an individual
page where the ingredients and stpes are clearly labeled and ratings and
comments on its success are also shown. The source is relevant due to
contaning several recipe ideas that I could potentially cook and experiment
with.
Sam. "Recipes." Low Carbon Diet. N.p., n.d. Web. 11 Apr. 2014.
<http://lowcdiet.blogspot.com/p/recipes.html>. This blog is a
collection of an extensive list of different low carbon recipes ranging
from entrees to desserts. It is a reliable resource as the recipes are
homemade, dedicated to being low carbon, and contain the ingredients,
steps, pictures as evidence, and comments from satisfied customers. The
source is relevant as it gives a very wide range of possible recipe ideas
and inspiration to create my own to solve the problem.
