2. Product correction
Vedamotors give the sample of HONDA NX400 FALCON complete air box and
autotec will send revised counter sample asap.

.Claims
REAR HUB BUSH IN 12-KEN-073,total claim amount is $5900.00 and autotec
need to make free replacement asap after check with supplier.
WRONG STICKER IN SHIPMENT 12-KEN-060,total cost $6700 and need to check
out while back to office.
WRONG STICKER IN SHIPMENT 12-KEN-023,total labor cost to pay
$1275.00.autotec need to compensate it.
PUSH ROD in shipment 12-KEN-071,model 397 wasnt tube type and model KCH
was welding with drill instead of without drill point. Autotec need to correct it in the
next shipment.
CARBURETOR REPAIR KITS in shipment 11-KEN-055,parts missing or
wrongly,total claim amount is $8476.00 and will talk to supplier to get claim.

4. Packing pallet Ken will inform the cost of wood pallet and decide if it is suitable to use it.
