1. Evidence of manufacturing mill capability and readiness to produce
similar 6" Sch. 120 line pipes OR Proof of line pipe availability off shelf
2. Evidence of similar manufacture or supply contracts in the past
3. Evidence of Certifying Authority or third party inspection agent -
Quality Assurance/Control and ISO 9001:2008 Certification for Mill (to assure quality of the line pipes)
4. Bidders realistic Procurement Schedule (assurance that the line
pipes will be procured and supplied as per the supplied scheduled, as this will protect the Company from slippage)
5. Documented evidence to show that bidder understand the Chemical and
Mechanical requirements of the line pipe as per Company standard (this will protect the Company against supply of wrong spec. by the bidder)
6. Availability of Project Execution Plan from manufacturing (if
applicable) to receipt at Company designated point
7. List of documents to be provided during production and at delivery
(Bidders must proof to Company that they understand minimum documentation requirements and indemnify Company that their cost is inclusive of all the required documentations)
8. HSE Compliance
Quality Assurance/Control and ISO 9001:2008 Certification for Mill (to assure quality of the line pipes)
