Summary I am a Chemical Engineer by degree and have been with Monsanto since 1993. I have held various engineering roles, before supporting the implementation of SAP at several Monsanto locations with a focus on manufacturing (production, scheduling, accounting and procurement). I then moved into Leadership with the team supporting SAP after implementation before moving into the Area Leadership position at Liquid Formulations for a few year. Somehow I was coaxed into a complete career change when I decided to support the Monsanto Muscatine plant as an HR Generalist and the sites Training Lead.
