Salary Certificate

Introduction

Salary Certificate is used to submit Salary Audit Report by companies to the Ministry of labour in
Tash'eel.

Step to get salary certificate form

o Please visit www.mol.gov.ae to get a copy of salary certificate form



o Click in Enquiry Services from the top menu

o Click on salary certificate and enter your company code
o You will receive a salary certificate form in PDF format
o Please print and complete the form and submit it at Tash'eel.

Functional Description

o Click on Services on the left Menu.
o Click on Tash'eel services and choose "Transactions".



o Choose "Miscellaneous" from Transaction Sub menu.

o Click on "Salary Certificate".



o Enter transaction number (IN Number) and press "Go". Transaction number will be available from
the form duly filled in UAE Smart forms.

Choose "Salary
Certificate"
Choose
"Miscellaneous"
from sub menu

o On Clicking "Go" users can view details of the transaction.
o Fields with (*) are mandatory and needs to be filled.
o Enter contact information of the person who should be contact in future for any reference.
o Mobile number should start with 050,055,056 and should be 10 digits.



o Scan and attach the following documents.

1. Company Signature card, if required, signature card button will be shown on the
screen.
2. Salary certificate signed and attached by Authorized Auditor.

o If you are unable to scan, please visit http://www.emol.ae/molforms/help/usermanual.htm
o After scanning all the documents, click on "Save" to save the transaction. (Please note the save
button will not be active till all the necessary documents are scanned and attached).



o On clicking on save you will receive a receipt for the transaction.
o Print the receipt and give to the customer as a receipt of submission.
o Customers can view status of their application online by visiting www.emol.ae.
