    Dear all,

    My GRE score is 1410 and my academic aggregate is 88%

    (B.E.-Mechanical Engineering).

    I have tha following doubts regarding application procedure for M.S.:

    1. Can I start the application procedure without TOEFL scores?

    (I'll be taking my TOEFL only on the 26th of october,2008.)

    2. Can I apply to universities without my 6th sem marksheets?

    (I do not know when they will be issued!!)

    3. What chances do I stand of getting admitted into Carnegie Mellon, Univ. of


    Illinois- Urbana Champagne and Georgia Tech. (I have no prior research experience,
    job experience and international publications.)

    4. For universities operating on the basis of "Rolling Admissions" which is the best
    possible time to apply? How late can I apply to such universities for admissions in
    Fall'09?

    Please someone answer my queries!!!

    • Can I submit a supporting document after the deadline?


    Yes, whenever materials are received they will be added to an applicant’s record. If
    materials are submitted after the faculty may have declined an application, the
    student may request that their application be reconsidered.
