I would like to report a scam perpetrated by my previous landlord at

2050 East Osborn. The whole time I resided there the landlord ran a
welding shop next door off of my electricity. He told me when I moved
in that if I kept my AC at 79 to 80 degrees I would never pay a bill over
$200. If you examine my bills at the residence you will see that they
were more like $400. While living there I watched him run his auto
repair shop, doing lots of welding, running 220V air compressors,
grinders, radios, industrial fans and more on my dime, refuting the
whole time that his power consumption was having any effect on my
bill. He made thousands of dollars working on cars, building custom
metal fabrication shelves for hair salons on two occasions and building
massive sliding metal doors for yoga studios, all while making
thousands of dollars. I paid for all the electricity required to conduct
this operation, when I complained he kicked me out. Further he had a
second unit in back running off my water bill. My typical water bill was
like $160 bucks. What kind of slumlord scams their tenants into
paying other peoples utilities with promises of getting lousy signal
pirated cable? I refuted this arrangement from the beginning getting
my own Cox Internet and using digital air TV converters. I
wholeheartedly object to the way this landlord abuses his tenants into
paying the cost of him running a business and profiting from being a
landlord. Further the landlord often broke into the house unannounced
and even had sex with my girlfriend while I was at work. You should be
aware of this scumbag.

Ok… yes there was more… Did I mention the part about how he would
come to the house while I was at work and screw my dog nanny? Or
bring chicks into my spare room to have sex with, thus cheating on his
girlfriend? How bout the part where he broke into the house through
the doggie door and started yelling at me after my friend’s funeral? He
even told me on that occasion that I was trespassing? Sound
delusional? Well, I guess you could say he is. Tonight we went by to
get my bug zapper and I told him the move had cost me $3,000 and
my back, wrist and shoulder are now injured from the move. He said
he did not care. I asked him what’s this I hear that you were beating
my dog with a stick on two occasions? He denied it and I pointed out
that he had told my roommate this. He asked to speak to my
roommate who was out in the car. He came out and shrieked at him
as well. But my roommate was like… hey you told me this. He walked
away. By this time neighbors had come out to investigate what all the
shrieking was about. I guess he thought that yelling would somehow
make him appear to be not guilty. I thought it made him look more
guilty…
