THE OCEAN

What would I do without your free water,

Pulling me in and pushing me back out?
The current, the waves, they are your daughters
Inside of you there is life all about

Drawing me in, not letting me come out
As I go deeper and deeper I learn,
Farther I go, the more I know about
The more knowledge you got, the more you yearn

The danger of not knowing what it inside
Darkness and mystery are way way down,
Way underneath the astonishing tide.
But I am never scared of being drowned.

For all that awaits, is all that creates
Not darkness but the light of the unknown fates
