If you have a grade of D or F, or a mark of N or U in citizenship, you can not apply.

After filling out your grades, assign a point value to each grade.
A = 3 points
B = 1 point
C = 0 points
*One additional point shall be granted for a grade of A or B in an Honors Language
Arts or Social Studies course, or an Advanced Math class. You may only have a
maximum of two points for Honors and/or Advanced Math courses for the entire
application.
(Advanced Math: Algebra 1 in 7th grade, Geometry in 8th grade)

If you were not enrolled in a Spanish class, leave the space blank.

Add your points at the bottom. You must have at least 8 points if you have a regular elective
and 10 points if you have Spanish for each quarter to qualify for the club.

CJSF dues, which will be $10.00. Please place your dues in an envelope, with your name on it, and staple it
to your application. If paying by check, please make the check out to Parras Middle School.
