- 2 large apricots, pitted
- 1 pouch of frozen acai puree (I get mine from http://www.amafruits.com),
- 1 medium head of escarole (or romaine) lettuce
- 8 ounces of filtered water

- 1 medium head escarole (or romaine) lettuce
- 6 ounces of filtered water.

Cherry-Cantaloupe Green Smoothie
- 2 cups chilled cantaloupe, cubed
- 1 cup cherries, pitted
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla
- 3 cups fresh baby spinach
- 1/2 cup carrot, chopped
- 1 small banana, peeled
- No additional water or liquid unless needed
