I would like to apply for the Junior Camp Counsellor position at Fun Camp that I saw posted at
Vincent Massey High School.

I have experience taking care of younger kids. I have been babysitting for over four years and I
have younger siblings. I am a very calm and patient person and can deal with frustrating
situations. I have volunteered for Youth Revolution teaching kids ages 7-13 ice breakers and
team games. I know how to respond to an angry or upset child. I have over 100 hours of first aid
training. I do well at taking directions but also enforcing the rules when needed. I love being
outside and learning outdoor games. I know I would be a helpful addition to your camp.
