Business Scenario:

Customer Ordered 1 Roll of Shade Constrained Material # 22011401 (1 Roll = 110 YD2). CSR allocates
110 YD2 at the Sales Order # 3974. The allocation is done in 3 batches.
The Material is available into following 3 Batches.

6 YD2 is available for the Batch # 289236. TNA doesnt want to cut the Material and would like to ship 1
extra YD2 to the Customer free of charge. So, the total picked qty. will be 111 YD2, but the Order,
Delivery and Billed qty. will be 110 YD2.
Over delivery tolerance limit allows system to pick more than delivery qty.

But system is not allowing to do the PGI:

Following Global Configuration determines whether Goods Movement Posting is possible if the picked
qty. is greater than the delivery qty.
