Today we explore Qing empire and the ethnography of the Qing frontier. Since we will have the Dynastic
Dates Quiz at the beginning of class, there is no additional reading to prepare for our meeting! Please
start in on the Elman reading early, though, as its longer than usual for a Connect piece.

We will have the Dynastic Dates Quiz at the beginning of class, so make sure to arrive on time!

We will also talk about the final revision assignment in class today!
