    This is the circuit diagram for Colpitts Oscillator. C1 and C2 are assumed values of 1uF and 4.7pF respectively. R1 is
    assumed values of 100ohms. R2 with value of 100ohms is also attached because this will stabilize the voltage fluctuation
    and noise. All are standard values.
