Registration Regulation

1. NCDC Unismuh Makassar 2014 maximally followed by 22 teams only.

2. Each University may only send 2 teams as debate participant.
3. Each team consist of 2 person and should complete the registration form before send it to
ncdc.unismuh@gmail.com. Make sure the registration form is well complete. Here is the
format of file name of registration form and the email subject:
REGISTRATION_University. For example: REGISTRATION_UNIVERSITAS
MUHAMMADIYAH MAKASSAR.
4. Attach the student card of each team member.
5. Registration is opened from 06 May - 16 June 2014.
6. The participant should pay the registration fee before the registration dates close.
7. Send the registration fee of IDR 150.000 to BNI Cabang Bulukumba 0233-545097 account
holder Adrian Adiwinata
8. Kindly inform us about the sending payment by texting message to Adrian Adiwinata
(+6285395884141) or Annisa Almirah (+6285656881778) with the format: Name of
leader_University_Team_150.000. For example: Malik_Universitas Muhammadiyah
Makassar_A_150.000.
9. Scan the proof of transfer then email it to ncdc.unismuhmks@gmail.com with the subject:
TRANSFER-PROOF_Name of Leader_University_Team_. For example: TRANSFER-
PROOF_Malik_Universitas Muhammadiyah Makassar_Team-A.
10. The team will be considered as fixed list team if they have confirmed the payment and sent
the transfer proof.
