Work
Ocean Somali Community Association (Voluntary Youth Assistant) 2004
Working with young people aged 12-18. My duties included; supporting young people
to become clearer about their future goals; group work and organizing social events.

Boots (Sales Assistant) 2005


Boots I was responsible for re-stocking, tidying and storing delivered goods. Other duties
included; PDT scanning, operating tills as well as arranging items on their shelves and helping out
in the warehouse.

Dorothy Perkins (Sales Assistant) 2005


My duties included arranging deliveries, tagging stock and arranging them around the store,
replenishing stock when necessary and help customer with general enquiries.

Royal Mail (Mail Sorter) 2009


Working in the distribution centre I was responsible for sorting items by hand into compartments
on a sorting frame, bagging and labeling mail for its destination as well as loading and unloading
wheeled containers from vehicles to the dispatch areas.
