Twist your band into a figure eight then

place it on its self .

Materials needed:
Crochet hook
1 loom tool
Bands ( around 306 main bands and 15 centre
bands)
Twist again then
place it on your
loom.
Put single bands all the way.
Pull the bottom two bands over the top
when you get to the next pin there will
four bands on the bottom and two bands
on the top now pull the bottom four over
then when you get two the last pin it is
the same as the first pin.
This time it will be different there will be only one
band on the first pin and on the rest there will two
bottom bands and on the last one there will be one
band same as the first pin.
Once you have uses all
300 bands then place a
double cap band on the
end and then reach
inside the cap band and
grab the two bottom
bands, pull the band
and place it onto the
next pin then go under
the rubber bands and
grab the bottom two
until the end, after
make a tight slip knot at
the end.
Fold it and get a
single band and
pull it through like
the picture, do it in
the middle then
ends. After that do
the same thing on
the sides.
Fold in half and place on the middle
Get five bands and place it on your fingers,
after put it on the middle of the bow, do this
three times.
